Steal This Prompt: How I Turn 1 Idea Into a Week of Posts
I am on day 6 of posting every day about building wealth online from zero. I am 46, in Henderson, Nevada, and I started with no audience and a $1.18 domain.
Here is a problem I ran into fast: one idea a day sounds simple until you sit down to write and the page is blank. I do not have a team. I do not have hours to brainstorm. So I built one prompt that does the heavy lifting, and I use it every single week.
Today I am giving you the exact prompt. Steal it.
The prompt
"Give me 5 post ideas about [your topic] for total beginners. Each one: a hook under 10 words, one honest lesson, zero hype, zero income claims."
That is the whole thing. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, replace [your topic] with whatever you are learning, and you get five starting points in about ten seconds.
Why each part is there
The hook under 10 words is the rule that keeps me honest. If I cannot say the idea in ten words, I do not understand it yet. Short hooks also force me to lead with the point instead of warming up for three paragraphs.
One honest lesson is the filter. I am not selling a result I do not have. My business is not legally registered yet, and I have no sales to report. So every post has to teach something true — a step I actually took, a mistake I actually made, a term I actually read in the fine print. If the lesson is not real, the post does not go out.
Zero hype and zero income claims are not a style choice. They are the whole point of this series. You will never see me promise a number I cannot prove. The prompt says it out loud so the AI cannot dress the idea up for me.
What I actually got from it
Last week I ran this prompt with my topic — starting an online business from zero at 46. It gave me five ideas. One of them became the post about the product trap: the hard part is not picking the product, it is posting when nobody is watching. Another became the checklist post about my $0 setup.
I did not publish the AI output as-is. I never do. The prompt gives me the skeleton. I rewrite every line in my own voice, cut anything that sounds like a guru, and check every claim against what I actually did. The AI drafts. I decide.
That is the rule for my whole one-person system: AI does the repeat work, I keep the decisions.
How to use it this week
Pick your topic. Run the prompt. Take the five ideas and ask yourself one question about each: is this something I have actually lived, or something I am just repeating? Keep the ones you have lived. Throw out the rest.
Then write one post a day for five days. Not five perfect posts. Five honest ones. That is a week of content from a single idea, and it costs nothing — the prompt works in the free versions of Claude and ChatGPT.
The reps are the strategy. The prompt just makes the reps easier to start.
So here is my question for you: what is your topic — the one thing you are learning right now? Drop it in the comments, and I will tell you the first idea I would run through this prompt.
